Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Do you do custom work?  Yes! If you have a custom design in your mind or would like to customize one of my existing designs, please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
2. When will I get my order? All items are hand made. Each order is made in the order that I received it.  Although different items take different amounts of time to complete, most orders reach my customers within two to three weeks of the date they place their order. 
3. Do you offer Military Discounts?  I offer free shipping on all of the items in my Military Pride Collection! 
4. Do you ship to Military APO's? Yes, I use the USPS, so your military addresses will be honored.
5. Do you ship outside the USA? Yes, I use the USPS to ship worldwide and charge a flat rate of $16 for standard shipping.
6. Do you do rush orders? Because each item is hand crafted, I cannot make guarantees regarding meeting a deadline sooner than two to three weeks of your order date.  However, if you contact me with your situation, or leave a note in the check out comment box, I will do my best to accommodate your request. Expedited shipping is available to speed up the shipping time, and if a specialty carrier is needed, such as Fed Ex overnight, I can usually make arrangements.  Customer is responsible for extra shipping charges.
