Shipping & Returns
Production & Shipping Times:
Each item is hand made when your order is placed. While the time it takes to create each piece varies, most orders are received by my customers within 2 to 3 weeks of placing an order. If your order is time sensitive, please let me know in the checkout comments and I will do my best to accommodate your deadline.
All orders ship from Elkhart, Wisconsin via USPS. Please check the USPS website for general shipping times from Wisconsin to your state.
US Domestic Shipping Costs:
Orders totaling $99 or less, have a Flat Rate $5.00 Shipping fee.
Standard Shipping Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more.
Expedited shipping is USPS Priority Mail.
If your order requires overnight shipping via Fed Ex or other carrier, please contact me directly to make arrangements.
Shipping Policies:
- Items are shipped within 24-48 hours upon completion, in the case of weekend or holidays, items will ship the next business day.
- Custom/Personalized orders may take 2-4 weeks for completion.
- Orders of multiple items are gift boxed together unless noted to me during checkout.
- Kim Jakum Jewelry is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Due to unexpected freight delays and new international policies abroad, I am only shipping to the U.S. and Canada at this time.
Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via USPS and are charged a flat rate of $16.

If you need to make a return, please contact me to make arrangements. Your happiness is most important!
